An excellent post, JBL. Thanks. Mr. Zeifman is, as he describes himself, a "classical liberal Democrat". He is part of a ever-dwindling number of old-time traditional Democrats who were a part of that party when my parents were alive. My parents, who were lifetime Democrats, would be ashamed and disgusted with the depths to which the present day Democratic party has sunk defending and apologizing for the crimes of this sociopath president and his power whore consort. A few weeks ago, Zeifman also correctly, and honestly, explained the role of one of the House minority leaders (whose name escapes me at the moment) who was involved in a REAL attempted Democratic "coup" in the '70s, during the Nixon debacle. He is truly a rare national treasure... an honest Democrat. There's not too many of them left. Thanks again. jim
