CNBC David Faber just reported 8:00 a.m. that ASND may be too high given yesterday's run up and the projected .77 LU (somewhere in this area I can't remember the exact figure he gave) valuation. He said it would be non-dilutive to Lucent up to about 85, but that this means that there is not that may not be that much more upside in ASND.

My guess is that someone wants to get in at these levels and is hoping to drive the price down a few points to do so!
