Under the agreement, Digicom Systems plans to bundle audiohighway.com's AudioWiz(TM) software with its modem products, including the products sold under its retail name, Modem Blaster(R). Digicom Systems will feature the audiohighway.com logo on the outside of its product boxes. The audiohighway.com Web site will include a link to the Digicom Systems' site and Digicom's Web site will link to audiohighway.com's. AudioWiz is a software product developed by audiohighway.com that provides a player for audio content downloaded from the audiohighway.com Web site. It also allows users to download the content for playback on their personal computer or on portable audio devices. Visitors to audiohighway.com's Web site (www.audiohighway.com) can currently review and listen to thousands of free audio selections provided in eight channels of audio-based content, including audiobooks, business, entertainment, music, news, sports, technology and travel.
