BigBull, I want to pick up on the thought mentioned in the first article that you posted about flexibility to oil price swings. Yes things have changed in the oil industry in the last 10-15 years in terms of project planning. Except for long-term major deepwater projects, energy companies thanks to technology now track cost/ earnings realtime, and can move to adjust capital budgets much more rapidly..... Sincerely, Doug F.
