Rick, Ever flush a toilet without water or dig a hole in the ground when it's frozen 4 feet deep. Been there, done that, don't like it, bought a generator to keep my well running. Don't need food. Neighbors will be glad to share theirs to use my toilet!!!<ggg> Larry

Stocking up on ammo?> LOL Well I wouldn't exactly call a 2700 sq ft home with cathedral ceiling, fireplace, DYNAMITE kitchen, 3-1/2 car garage and horse barn on 1-1/2 acres "roughing it"!! Mountain views. 3 minutes from town. What sold me on the house were the climbing rose bushes. Must be about 30 of them on the property. Bunches of lilac trees. House surrounded by flowers. Grape arbor. Strawberries, rasberries and blackberries. GREAT vegetable garden. <You do your thing. I'll do mine.> Agreed. Cheryl
