Wheat, First upped targets this morning from $25 to $35.
Even though IMHO this may be apples and oranges, they compared CF to the Lucent/Kenan acquisition announced yesterday (I believe Kenan only does hard-copy billing, although their technology allows for the complicated consolidation of multiple products within a single bill -- e.g. cable, long-distance and local).

Wheat noted that Lucent is paying a sales multiple of approximately 8.6x Kenan's revenues, which would imply a value for CF of about $38 bucks per share (according to them -- I didn't check the math).

Interesting that the Lucent acquisition provides something of a yardstick that analysts can begin to hang their forecasts on.

P.S. -- Craft published a new report this morning as well. I'm working on getting a copy.

<<Maybe a point or two, although I'm more eager to read the details of the up coming
announcements than I am to the impact of the stock price. Not to mention the
earnings report.

While I think the earnings are important, I'm looking more for customer and volume growth in processing. Profits can come later as far as I'm concerned.
