Sensory Science Corporation Announces Strategic
Alliance to Develop and Market MP3 Products With
Saehan Information Systems

Companies to Join Marketing and Technology Strengths to Aggressively Pursue Rapidly Developing
Market for Internet Music Delivery and Playback Systems

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 12, 1999-- Continuing to build a unique position in the rapidly growing
market of Internet content delivery and playback systems, Sensory Science Corporation (formerly Go-Video),
(Amex:VCR - news) today announced a strategic marketing and product development alliance with Saehan
Information Systems, one of the world's leading developers of MP3 technology products. Under the terms of the
agreement, the two companies will work together in developing an exclusive line of portable digital recording and
playback products designed for use with the World Wide Web.

''This alliance culminates months of work between our two companies and should allow us to begin bringing to market
a string of unique products for the very lucrative and expanding Internet music delivery and playback systems market,''
said Roger B. Hackett, chairman and CEO of Sensory Science. ''This agreement, coupled with our recently
announced alliance with GoodNoise Corporation, further strengthens our position on the Internet and has provided us
with a strong platform for growth in this marketplace.''

Saehan Multimedia Director Soon Jo Yoon said, ''Go-Video, now Sensory Science, is a well known and respected
company for their success with their Dual-Deck VCR and digital televisions. Their unique marketing and development
skills made them our number one choice as a partner in North America. We are thrilled to complete this agreement
and to start delivering a line of exciting new products.''

Saehan Information Systems was the first company to develop and introduce a portable digital audio player suitable for
high quality music using the MP3 file format. MP3 means Layer 3 of the MPEG-1 international compression standard.
The MPEG audio encoding technique can reduce the size of an audio file by a factor of twelve while maintaining
CD-like sound quality. Files compressed in this manner are referred to as MP3 files.

''This relationship is exciting not only because it allows us to introduce new MP3 audio products in the short term, but
enables both companies to jointly develop other Internet-delivered audio/video recording products. While respecting
applicable copyright regulations, these are truly products that will help revolutionize the way people will both think about
and use audio/video recording playback devices,'' Hackett added.

On January 7, 1999, Sensory Science announced it has entered into a strategic alliance with GoodNoise Corporation
(Nasdaq OTC: GDNO - news). Under the terms of the agreement, GoodNoise, which is the Internet's leading seller of
music in the PM3 format, will provide Sensory Science with sample music to be bundled with these devices. In
addition, GoodNoise and Sensory Science will offer users a co-branded music store on the Sensory Science website
(www.sensoryscience.com) so that users can purchase music in the MP3 format at the same time they purchase the
pocket-sized music player of the Dual-Deck CD-R. GoodNoise will also resell and promote the pocket-sized music
player and Dual-Deck CD-R on its downloadable music website at www.goodnoise.com.

Saehan Information Systems is part of the Saehan Group, one of Korea's top 30 companies and one of the country's
most successful. Saehan Media, a sister company, is one of the world's largest suppliers of magnetic media.

Sensory Science Corporation (formerly Go-Video) is a diversified consumer electronics company specializing in
developing and marketing innovative analog and digital audio and video products. The company holds patents on the
Dual-Deck VCR as well as other electronics products and systems and is expanding into new product categories to
take advantage of the industry transition from analog to digital technologies. The company recently became the first to
offer a full line of digital direct view televisions in North America with the introduction of the Loewe brand of televisions.

Company Press Release

Bionet Technologies Adds Yahoo
Virtual Store to E-commerce Venture

JUPITER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 12, 1999--BioNet Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB:
BNTK - news) announced today that it is expanding its pet and livestock related e-commerce
venture to include a virtual store on the highly popular and successful Yahoo web site.

The site will provide the visitor the opportunity to enjoy one-stop shopping for health and nutrition
related items for their favorite pet or their commercial livestock.

The company will divide its e-commerce addition into distinct sections. Each section will focus on its
own multi-billion dollar market segment. The pet section will provide pet owners with an
opportunity to obtain the finest nutritional supplements, vitamins and health and beauty aids for their
favorite pets as well as products designed to improve the quality of life for pet and pet owner alike.
Commercial animal owners will have their own section; designed to improve the performance or
productivity of their specific animals from livestock to race horses. Further sections will be added to
serve the veterinary industry as products become available and demand warrants.

The company's web site, bionettech.com already provides information on its two
subsidiaries. Immune Technologies has developed a proprietary biotech product utilizing their
innovative new ''Immune Modulation Technology''. This process treats microbial infections by
enhancing or strengthening the patient's immune system enabling the animal to, in effect, cure itself.
Immune's products that will be marketed under the trade name IMODâ„¢ have proven extremely
effective in clinical trials and are being submitted to the USDA for approval in veterinary
applications. Initial target markets are for diseases affecting horses, dogs, cats, cows and pigs.
GreenGold International, BioNet's other subsidiary, owns patents relating to the commercial
production of duckweed, a water plant which produces protein superior to soy beans at rates 10
times faster than soy beans and which has been used globally for over 15 years as a viable
alternative for treating nitrogen rich waste water. Greengold's business plan calls for the integration
of its duckweed production units into the waste disposal systems of hog farms, replacing the
traditional method of spraying the waste on open fields.

According to Alan Schafler, President of BioNet Technologies, ''Yahoo is one of the most popular
sites on the internet. We are very pleased to be able to bring our products to the many consumers
who visit Yahoo every day. We are also pleased with the market's response to this aspect of our
venture. Hopefully people will also take the time to visit our web site and introduce themselves to
our innovative subsidiaries.

e-commerce. The most recent examples of such enthusiasm are Yahoo (NASDAQ: YHOO -
news), Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN - news), Books-A-Million (NASDAQ: BAMM - news),
