To All:

I talked with Bob Gardner yesterday, and he related to me that he had received a call from an investor who had talked with another shareholder who stated that Naxos was backing away from it stance on recovery - NOT TRUE! The point in reference was Bob's letter (post #17385) and the paragraph saying.... "On Dec. 10 we released the results of a non-certified bulk test performed by Northwest Analytical "SHOWING" 0.26 ounces per ton of gold."

The first investor believed that "showing" was not the same as recovery. Two paragraphs before, it was stated .... "It is now our intention to concentrate on ""RECOVERY"" methods and on successfully
operating a pilot plant." Also in the letter was another paragraph that stated.... "we had him start to reconfigure the pilot plant at Franklin Lake to test his ""RECOVERY"" process."

The 0.26 ounces per ton of gold was recovered gold from the leach process, it was not merely read on an AA or ICP machine. Naxos is of the firm belief that after years of assaying, that recovery holds far more promise.
