4 million share buyback in the open market?

If management at Cistron would have actually bought shares of CIST they would have done this long ago...

Instead we have a WELFARE situation going on.

Why is the BOD at CIST allowing this to happen?

Are there relations between the BOD and mgt.?

OSTX announced a 1 million share open market buyback this week. OSTX was trading in the 20-30 cent range. It is now over $1.

Just think if CIST did a 4 MILLION share open market buyback!

$2 a share a possibility?

Who or whom is benefitting by this not happening??????
