BH, I disagree. The Street looks for improving margins and/or accretive earnings as a result of acquisitions, not just acquisitions. Are you familiar with the concept of same store sales in retail investing? Well, this applies to companies with acquisition strategies: Do the existing oeprations before acquisitions grow? And the answer for FLYR has been NO. And this is precisely why FLYR appears to be such a cheap stock.

Now, I happen to think that FLYR's strategy will eventually pay off, but the market is not giving FLYR any premium until it can show improving fundamentals.
