Yes, the Flynt "expose" was promoted heavily with the grand unvieling on the Geraldo Rivera show last night. The grand revelation was made that Barr pleaded the 5th (or the divorce court equivalent thereof) in his divorce deposition when asked anything about his current wife. That was what all the noise was about! Just label it: Al Capone's Vault II

I don't know how earth shattering that revelation is... Shattering perhaps to some of his supporters. He was bagged for testimony in his divorce proceedings. It seems he was fooling around with what is now his second wife before untying the knot with his first. He refused to answer any related questions. Under Hyde's definition he was obstructing justice.
