I know I am showing a balance due---funny I thought I was suposed to have cleared funds or equivelent in order to buy. especially because i have a cash account. they need to provide better support other than a
1 hour wait phone line and e-mail that is answered by a friggin so called "brain". I am telling companies I do business with that if your terms of use does not accept some responsibility for your screw-ups,
we don't do business.

Problems with Suretrade ,,,,,,cannot get confirmations on trades..Was told by Suretrade that MMs have 3 days to get back to them......what gives? I never had these problems before this last month.......How can anyone deal this way
