With so many systems available to the MM, they know where all the stops loss are at. Its like taking money out of a blind mans cup. You put a stop loss of $16 out there, they will get it on the next run.

Some time ago, NASDAQ members had to settle for a hefty sum..almost $1 billion on a class action lawsuit...I read the other day where there was another settlement---for peanuts--- on a new set of allegations of infractions...Seemed like nothing more than a slap on the wrist...That emboldens MMs to collude and manipulate...and anybody that disputes that MMs manipulate is either living in la-la land or is a stooge for the MMs or a MM...in my opinion....The SEC will come under increasing criticism if they don't start providing protection to the investing public against shabby illegal tactics...All my humble but strong opinion....
