I think the real story is: Lucent will acquire Newbridge. They have WAY more to offer than ASND. LMDS by itself it a huge technology promise for the future, not to mention NN's global strength. Everybody mentions ASND's relationship with the top ISP's. Who cares? The Bells and Cable Co's are slow eroding this customer base away with highspeed broadband. Your note today is the proof in the pudding. The ISP's are has been's, and will be gobbled up by the big Telco's who have the capital and resources. Just my opinion.
