Fred, Your conflict with Larry reminds me of a joke: Larry is flying in a hot air balloon and realizes he is lost. He reduces height and spots FMK down below. He lowers the balloon further and shouts: “Excuse me, can you tell me where I am?” FMK says: ”yes you're in a hot air balloon, hovering about 30 feet above the ground.” “You must be an engineer” says Larry. “I am” replies FMK. “How did you know?” “Well”, says Larry, “everything you have told me is technically correct, but it's no use to anyone. FMK replies: ”You must be in upper management.” “I am”, replies Larry, “but how did you know” “Well”, says FMK, “you don't know where you are or where you are going, but you expect me to help. You're in the same position you were before we met, but now it's my fault. Just thought I would add a little humor to ease the thread. Tmoore
