More on my experience with IRIS...

I checked on flights from 3 different airports, changed dates, checked on children rates on IRIS.

While I was doing that, I opened a browser to Travelocity. In the time that it too Mindy at IFLY to get me all my answers, I was finally able to figure out how to fill in the form at Travelocity so that it would give me a quote.

The end results where that the rate from IFLY was $151.63 where as the best rate at Travelocity was $179.71. This was a 16% savings!!!

IRIS was SO MUCH easier to use Travelocity. I just typed in a quick question "Want if I fly out of Boston or Providence instead of Hartford?" IRIS did all the work instead of me. I was able to do other things while waiting for a response and I didn't need to write anything down. Everything was right in front of me.

I'm sold on their approach. Use it once and you'll be sold tooooo!

I signed up on the IFLY website over 10 days ago and was told I would receive an e-mail message on how to use their system, and in the meantime, I could call their 1-800 number.

I still haven't received the e-mail message, though I've confirmed that my registration info is still in their system. So what gives? How can I test out their system?
