People are buying Aber because of their JV with Kennecott on the Diavik Project, they are a multi-faceted (pardon the pun)company in the diamond area.

I follow your point but the fact remains that the stock really didn't start to move until WSP faltered. So in spite of the NAV people are buying it as a hedge.
If Aber's diamonds are worth $13 per share then TeeVee is right. We will see WSP share price leave ABZ in the dust.
Wonder what trendy name they will market the fancies under?
