WeatherLabs Provides Services to American Express

(Nasdaq: DCTI - news) announced today that it has licensed its WeatherLabs service to American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. The weather services are available to American Express Corporate Services customers who subscribe to AXI Travel, the online corporate travel booking system.

AXI Travel, which was launched in the first quarter of 1998, is already being used by employees of more than 170 US companies for making business travel reservations via the Internet within their company's specific travel policies. It is being marketed to corporate customers of American Express Travel, the largest travel agency in the US, with more than $17.4 billion in worldwide travel sales.

AXI Travel users will now be able to access Web-based weather information provided by WeatherLabs in over 7,000 cities
worldwide, while they are making their business travel reservations. Weather information includes detailed weather forecasts for
the morning, afternoon, evening and overnight segments of the day, 5-day forecasts, weather maps, Doppler radar maps, and
current weather conditions.
