But Bill, why are these (unspecified) polls so impressive, while on the impeachment matter, all that counts is your favorite tasteless SNL skit and Leno's ratings? Because you know better?

Yes 32%

Post-ABC News Poll: Senate Trial washingtonpost.com

2. As you may know, the House of Representatives has voted to impeach Clinton. After each side presents its case in the trial, do you think the Senate should then call witnesses to testify, or should the Senate complete the trial without calling witnesses to testify?

Call witnesses: 41 percent
Without calling witnesses: 55
Don't know: 4

3. Again, the House of Representatives has voted to impeach Clinton and next the Senate will hold a trial to decide whether or not he should be removed from office. Do you think the Senate should or should not remove Clinton from office?

Remove Clinton: 33 percent
Not remove Clinton: 65
Don't know: 2

Since you're so impressed by polls today, I thought you'd enjoy these, Bill. No matter, though, once all the idiots see all the new "evidence", those numbers will turn around. And if not, it'll all be forgotten about in a month.

Ha Ha... oh yes the polls. Which, of course, do not apply when they indicate that the republicans are at their lowest levels ever and that Clintons approval ratings are through the roof.

<< Not to mention that polls give Gore only 45% against either of the two Rep frontrunners. >>

Who would those frontrunners be, and where can this poll be read? When did it occur?
