Poet: Agreed!!! Wait for the bottom and do not get locked into anything. Remember, you can always buy it back. That is why I sold my NAVR at 17 1/2. Not worth risking a loss here and if I end up buying it back at 18 1/2 who cares, I think there is a better chance today that I could buy at 16.
