Prefaced as IMHO only:

On sales NN should be equal value to ASND - run a chart on SI of the two and you will see sales and earnings at the bottom.

On earnings NN would be a discount to ASND, but that would be changed by the forward forecast for NN, which you and I aren't allow to see. But as a former CFO I can tell you they must exist.

On technology, advantage NN.

So my guess is that NN is worth every bit of what ASND goes for. If it goes. I agree that the marriage could get broken by the pre-nep demands. .75 to .77 as a conversion ratio gives ASND a current value of $82 to $84. Anything above that might be reaching, IMHO, and a deal breaker. We aren't close enough to know, maybe that is what LU wants. But as I said, I believe they have danced for a long time. Life partners know what eachother needs, and unless they want a fight don't push the buttons too hard.

All of the above is opinion only and not to taken as anything but the same.

Later, (-8 Dennis 8-)

O.T. ASND

Here's a reason not to buy at the open. ASND's highest price for the day was those who had opening orders to buy:

Ouch, for now,
