John: I think it's a great idea (all - please see jpbp's - post 10117?).
This chat engine would be a wonderful way to communicate with management in an orderly and productive fashion. The irony here is that this method of communication is so similar to the service that FNTN is offering its clients. Being on the need end - I love it!
I hope management seriously considers your suggestion.
