It sucks the last couple of days ...
right now I am on the damn phone on hold because my web broker is unavailable.
I called them about 30 times before I could even get anything but a busy signal ... and now I am on hold.

Some days they are really great. Today they such?

Waterhouse site-down today-tonight and phones busy..WORTHLESS...
If heavy trading occurs or/and site goes down you are behind the 100 ball bigtime..I couldn't excute trades this am on NAVR and LCOS and lost a bundle. Not even enough staff to answer phones..then you are put on hold 10 minutes.. I am very upset with this company...Try DLJ..Regards

Zurdo,

I watch #daytraders chat line and there has been a lot of complaints on Waterhouse lately. I use Datek(when its slow trading times), Schwab, and Cyber Trader. I believe that if you are going to daytrade you must have the proper tools. I am willing to pay a little extra for those tools and make better trades and executions. Cyber is struggling with a few problems right now with their new server, but you need a good broker, period.
