hey archer, where did the broadcast.com news fit into your scenario?? Oh I got it. Tim Peters new yesterday about Brazil, and the overseas market sell off and knew the internet stocks would get killed early and knowing if srcm didn't release something real good the stock would drop below 20 and then he couldn't force conversion of the warrents thus forcing srcm out of business in 6 months and he couldn't use the insight deal because he needs that in 18 days and he couldn't use the aol/digitalcities news cause he needs that next week some time. So he calls up broadcast.com because they were the hottest internet stock the last 2 days and he gets them to agree to a misleading and hyped press release and promises them cheap warrents which could be exercsized immediately at a huge profit which could be sold and not noticed because of all the other insider selling taking all the attention, soon followed by the auditors stepping in and pulling their opinion and restating the financials coupled with the devastating effet of the classless action suit thus forcing the ULTIMATE DEMISE of this sham co. <<DJ: Source Media Launches Streaming Internet Audio Content; Extends Interactive (PR Newswire(DowVision) 01/13 09:05:51) Agency Business to the Web and Digital TV DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 13, 1999--Leveraging its significant base of interactive advertisers, Source Media, Inc.
