venture with Travelers, known as International Finance Network and
information about it can be found at
ifn.com This joint venture may also be
headed for an IPO soon, possibly as soon as February.

DBCC short is free money if you can stand the volatility. I shorted a bunch at the open 45 3/4 and hope for more runs to short more. DBCC back to 20 within a week with plently of swings.
