Mr Pink - My understanding of NASD rules require a $3 US stock value to get listed. Did you mean $5 Canadian?. In any event if this is the case - we are better off because we have a lot more of a buffer at this point in assuring a NASD listing in 28 days - Feb 9 is D-Day by my estimation.

As far as the stock is concerned I think once the overall market settles down again we should move back up to the $9 mark until we get toward the end of the 28 days where if this is confirmed we will move higher immediatly before the listing - IMHO.
