Mostly lurking. But I have a question. Hope it is not a dumb one. I am watching trading on level II. Current Bid is .35, ask .38. A trade comes across at .40. Why would anyone pay more than current ask? Or is it a sell order. If so how can I get a price better than current bid. Seems to be some strange goings on with the price of this stock over the last hour or so. Dave Long TSIG
