Yahoo met the whisper number, but they only declared a 2:1 split.

IMO, the market was hoping for a 4:1 or at LEAST a 3:1 considering the current 400+ price.

Selloff tomorrow, no doubt. The masses wanted a huge split, and Yahoo management was responsible enough not to give it to them.
