USAI/TMCS........7.00 mm shs @ 11/13 DEC 4th not sure how many TMCS shs total after ipo but be careful here as USAI has 155 mm shs so not much TMCS per USAI share. DBCC/MKTW........2.75 mm shs @ 10/12 DEC 11.75 mm MKTW shs after ipo with DBCC owning 38% or 4.465 mm shs...please note that DBCC has 32.2 mm shs so each share of DBCC = .138 MKTW probably not enough to justify a pre-ipo run-up in DBCC shares..
