NAVR seems like its trying to push up but can't seem to break 17 1/8.

TRADE: Got 1000 NAVR @ 17 1/8. Good support and just nibbling here. Willing to risk further weakness but I think strength is more likely. Will most likely pick up more into strength.

A little risky here though, could go either way.
