Jenna, RE: RCNC

The fundamentals are the compelling part of this story; a nationwide, state of the art fiber network carrying voice, data, and video. The buildout is well underway up here in Beantown and folks are saying bye-bye to Bell Atlantic, ATT, and the cable carriers in droves.

The funky part is the accounting, and RCNC won't make a penny til the buildout stops, but when that happens look out; single points of market share mean huge dollars.

Hopefully this sheds a little light.

I follow your thread and enjoy your tireless effort.

iSleuth.com To Initiate Innovative
New Traffic Building Program

Company Expects Program To Further Boost Traffic Considerably

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- iSleuth.com (OTC
Bulletin Board:
SLEU - news) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with
TeknoSurf
Teknologies, Inc. for the initiation of a new, innovative traffic building program
whereby the
Company will offer advertisers and web site owners the opportunity to earn 2
cents for each
time a unique user performs a search from an iSleuth search panel located on
their web site.
As such, site owners will be able to place a free iSleuth search engine panel on
their site and,
in what is believed to be an industry first, they will now also be able to derive
revenue based
directly on searches performed from that panel. Under the terms of the
agreement, TeknoSurf
will provide all of the software programming necessary to accommodate the
placement of the
panels, direct links to the iSleuth.com site and tracking of panel activity.

John J. Bennett, Chairman, President and CEO of iSleuth.com, stated, ''We are
extremely
excited about the prospects for this new activity-based, traffic-generating revenue
model. This
is potentially a very profitable win- win situation for both iSleuth.com and web
site owners
that goes far beyond the traditional model of charging advertisers on a per page
impression
basis. Based on our initial marketing efforts and discussions with site owners and
webmasters,
we expect to place iSleuth search panels on at least 100 sites within the next 6 to
8 weeks,
and be able to add to that number considerably in the coming months. We see this
new
program initially boosting our site traffic by as much as three-fold. Coupled with
our soon to be
launched e-mail and chat services, we now see total site traffic increasing from
our current rate
of about 400,000 unique visitors monthly, to well over 2 million within the next 2
to 3
months.''

TecknoSurf Teknologies, a developer of Internet technologies since 1996,
specializing in
targeted web site advertising, has designed and implemented more than 30
different affiliate
and revenue-generating programs for use on the Internet. TeknoSurf currently
manages
programs on over 5,000 web sites, representing approximately 150 million page
views per
month.

iSleuth.com owns and operates the iSleuth.com web site, isleuth.com
, home of
The Internet Sleuth, considered by many leading industry experts to be one of
the web's
premier and most powerful search engines. The Company recently announced
plans to launch
a free e-mail service, iSleuthMail, prior to the end of January 1999. The
Company has also
recently announced the formation of an alliance with major Internet player
Inktomi
Corporation for the development of a new comparative e-commerce shopping
service at the
iSleuth.com site, called the iSleuth Marketplace.

The iSleuth site and search engine, originally founded in 1995, operated initially
as a
non-commercial site designed to meet the needs of institutional and educational
researchers. It
was acquired by iSleuth.com during mid-1998, at which time the Company
embarked on its
current program to accelerate its commercial development. The Company's
business plan calls
for continuing to build on its current foundation to further develop the
iSleuth.com site into a
premier Internet gateway that will serve as a home base for Internet users.
