Thansk for the link elf....After reading the nasdaq listing requirements, it appears then that bii may qualify under Initial listing #3 option. It reads as follows. They must have either Market Cap of $75mil; or Total assets of $75mil and Total revenue of $75 million. If one of these 2 fit then the public float needs to be minimum 1.1mil. The market value of this public float needs to be 20mil(this means that shares held directly or indirectly by any officer or director, or any person who is the beneficial owner of 10% of the total shares outstanding-does not count for public float calculations). The number of shareholders is a mute point-400. If all of the above apply then 4 market makers are required. And yes the price required is $5.00. No mention of any 30 day ruling.
Sooooo.... with all this said, Not being familiar with the specifics of bii; would they qulify guys. Keith
