IKE, I've been saying that all along, a contract is most definitely needed to keep this rally going. But I also said that 2 weeks ago and it just keeps on going up. I ain't knocking it !!! Maybe I'll say it again so it will keep moving north for another 2 weeks. Most interesting though.
