Yes.

Plus it will be done FIRST by Intel.

Remember - Intel has ALREADY developed a single, high performance 0.18 micron process.

AMD has to develop TWO 0.18 micron processes in PARALLEL - dividing up their RESOURCES - Aluminum 0.18 and Copper 0.18 !
