Well! It has been some time since I posted to this site. I feel with today's court review a comment and question or two to all the long term investors is appropiate. I interpret the preliminary outcome as the best we could hope for. If Starpoint can prove even some of the allegations it has made, Globel will want to settle out of court before their license to broker becomes a risk factor. Comments Pease!
