Hello thread,

I'd like to share one customer's experience with

blacklabmicro.com

Ordered a boxed 300A and Abit BH6. Was told it was in stock, and to check UPS tracking web site for status of shipment. Two days later I called to find out why it hadn't shipped. Was told that the items just arrived and would ship that night or the next night.

Now it's a week later; I just called again and was told that the other two company representatives (one of whom I could have sworn sounded just like the same guy I was talking to today) must have been mistaken, because my items were both out of stock and would ship within the next week. This is the third time I was told the items were going to be shipped. At least the third time they admitted that they hadn't received the products yet.

I've cancelled the order and don't plan to order again from these guys. Your mileage may vary; if you've had a better experience please post it.

"Have you changed polarity on the HD cable yet."

Do you mean the orientation of the IDE connector? Are you asking if redstripe is to the #1 pin, and then suggesting flipping it?

If you are will try it, but with it not even listing as "searching for IDE device" on auto-detect or "boot device not found" it leads me to believe the problem is not from the cables on out. Would you agree with this?

Had no floppy just LS-120 but will bring one over.

Are their any Celerons that have a default v. of 2.2?

Funk, 'Ced also thought CMOS clear was worth a shot.
