Fiondella - Re: " I'm showing 110K in NOVL profits. Moreover in absolute terms I have never lost money on any tech stock that I ever invested in --- including INTC."

Sure, skunk, sure !

You told us all about your Intel shorts - I suppose it "slipped your mind" to tell us that you closed them out at a profit !

Sure, skunk, sure !

Paul - I understand that you could have lost money on an individual trade and not lost money on an individual stock. But did I miss something? Did you post indications that you were buying Novell after which it declined? Did you post indications that you were shorting Intel prior to Intel's price rising? Did you close those transactions before the losses occurred?

Did you make money on Intel on the downside or the upside? I understand that Intel is a very volatile stock with dramatic moves both ways. Perfect timing could have made money on the downside but the timing would have to have been incredibly precise (unless you were into leveraged bets). Just curious.
