Ken, I have followed AR's posts for altogether too long (assuming that this poster has the history that we think he does), but I don't think that the tone ever has been hostile, although the action of the Ancor stock price may have made it seem that way. I still remember the ominous post from early 1997 that preceded the Sequent announcement, and I don't think that he has been inaccurate with any of his posts/predictions. That being said, I would expect that if an offer is made for the Company, that it will be put in play as others chime in -- assuming that Ancor has regained technology/price leadership. Perhaps we will net more than 8-11/share in a competitive bidding situation, although $250 million or so may be a fair price for the company -- just a little too late for shareholders who have been holding since prior to the dilution of recent days.
