I don't know what the legalities are. The DLJ rep just called me back and said that they challenged the trade with the MM and the MM gave me the new price. I am still hoping for better, but even at this price I saved over 18K from the original trade. Does anyone know how a MM can do this? How do they change a trade price? Does it come out of their pocket?
