According to EDGAR, HERZ is a NASDAQ traded company. Can you guess what that means when EDII acquires them? Probably not, so I will tell you. We become a NASDAQ traded company by swapping our EDII shares for HERZ shares and changing the name of HERZ to EDII. Oh, happy days. Nothing but good times ahead. Go Danny go. Let's see how the bashers handle this one.

looks like they had quite a positive up swing the past few weeks, in anticipation of today's announcement, no doubt...

I also see that they released their latest 10KSB on November 30th...which did not have any positive results on the share price...I haven't looked them over yet so I cannot comment.
