Cindy, Don't take this the wrong way, but it seems to me that you are trying to find a problem with this stock. It seems to me that you may have been burned by another stock and now somehow that has become AXGI's burden. I don't see it. First when I said how much it would cost to become reporting you came out of the blue with this 5,000 to 8,000 figure and told me to check my numbers. When I stated what had to be done now it's "Oh my gosh that's opening up a big can of worms". Excuse me but you can't have it both ways. If you think there's a problem here then don't invest. It seems that no matter what you are trying to be our conscience. If you knew so much about how much it would cost in your first post (5,000 to 8,000) how come you didn't even know what was required by law? I'm beginning to questioin your motives. Ernie
