<< People dont usually write receipts for abortions do they? >>

The days are past when this was done via a cash transaction, fortunately. So one can expect cancelled checks, signatures, medical records, a doctor and nurse and family members and friends who know. Plus the ex's affidavit. Flynt appears to have come up with some of that paperwork, which was shown on cnn.

Bar hasn't actually explicitly denied this. He has issued a statement that denies he advocated it, which is something else. He didn't say he didn't pay for it. And he refused to answer questions about what that meant. Or what his divorce testimony meant, which is seemingly in conflict with what his wife is saying. Kind of Clinton-esque, you could say, if you thought Clinton invented this kind of dodging in this kind of matter.

If it was just his first wife saying he was fooling around with the second wife before divorcing the first one, that would so far be hearsay. Though apparently Barr hasn't denied that either, but he refuses to answer questions about it.

We need a closer look at the documents than you can get on a TV screen. I wonder when Flynt's printed version will be out?

Well, if there is one thing the recent past has taught us, it is that Flynt knows exactly how to lure his prey into bigger and bigger blunders! <G>

Remember Livingston? Initially, he said that he had only four affairs. Well, he had to swallow that when Flynt said he has proof of "dozens" of affairs.

Then, Livingston said something like, "Well, I had no affairs with my subordinates". And he had to swallow that too, when Flynt threatened that he had proof of that also!

So, if Livingston had any idea of denying that he had ever done it with the animals on his farm, he had given it up by then!

What Flynt is doing to Barr is a stage-by-stage constriction. But I don't think he will finish Barr. He will leave that to the RR...
