Barry:

Please give your information and source for this statement.

Back to 16 cents tomorrow :'))

After the write up in the Sun on Sunday, "Brokerage houses have been calling the RKR company offices all day looking for packages on the company and their basis for the settlement requested!!!"Dave Grandy(Investor Relations) Rock Resources INC.

I would suspect a steady climb in share value as the word is starting to get out. RKR was willing to take a quick settlement of $15,000,000 but now we may go to court for the full amount we deserve.

Most important is the readiness of the government to sit to the table and try to settle...RKR has its statement of claim done!!!!

Maybe 16 cents - I guess you are posting that to get a few riled up.
