Frankly I don't see anybody buying out Zonagen. They don't have a truly unique product. It is a combination of a generic drug with a superdisintegrant. It is entirely possible that the fDA will allow phentolamine to be used for ED and not grant exclusive rights mto use phentolamine to ZONA. What is there to stop Regitine tablets to come back on the market to compete. I think a good legal argument could be made. If Vasomax is approved there could be competition from anyone producing phentolamine. IMHO.
