new year confessional from a broken bear(sung to Gregorian chant) Forgive me for I have sinned last year I sold IBM, AMTD, SCH, EGRP and DBCC thinking they were overvalued I attempted to short the S&P I dared to tell Dell investors their stock was overvalued I neglected the investment merits of Yahoo and Amazon I failed to conform to groupthink around idiots with borrowed money I failed to learn that virtual is real and value is worthless I failed to see that "book value" and "dividends" are worthless Alms to Greenspan, Rubin, Goldman and Mother Abby that I may do better this coming year.
