Jeffrey,

I dont know! But one thing I know is that after hour quotes dont mean anything! Savy market makers artificially push the bid up when there is good news hoping to grab as many suckers as they can, or artificially lower the bid when there is bad news to scare as many idiots as they can in order to grab their shares.

So in short after hour trading means absolutely nothing!
