Well Ernie, I have no interest in cat-fighting with you, (Meeoowwrrrrr) and I took the post exactly as it was presented by you. I reiterate that it costs around $5,000. to $8,000. per year to be a reporting company. Your postings are presented in a "so I was told..." context and they reak of innuendo and not fact. Facts will be available when this company becomes reporting and an independant party reviews the fiqures. Until then, everyone is guestimating -- can't help but. With this said, I will no longer converse with you because you seem to feel that you are guarding some imaginary fort, and I am just not into war games. Cindy
