Dear Michael: I can live with a split at 100 or above. One more good PUSH and we will be there. Course I would then expect a 3:1 split. JDN

Scott, when asked about a stock split at the SUNW stockholders meeting, said something to the effect of management liking to keep the stock price in the $50 neighborhood, and that they tend to advance a stock split when the stock price gets much north of $60 (or $70). In past years, Scott has cheered "North To Alaska" ($100+), but I think he refers there to a relative stock price, not a literal one. I think it was 1994 or 1995 when he was saying the same thing about wanting to see the price go to $100 in the months leading up to a split. -JCJ
