LT, if we haven't already seen the top, it can't be long. Yesterday I was listening to call-ins to a financial advisor on business radio, some guy was asking if it made sense to refinance his house, and use the money to buy stock. I turned off the radio, don't know what the reply was, but I don't think it was "NO!!! You F-ing Idjit!"
