The last one was 2 for 1 in November of 1997. It brought them back to about 30. A 3 for 1, or 4 for 1 sounds in line with that (assuming the concept of overvaluation doesn't strike this stock).

They could conceivably do a 4 for 3 with the existing shares authorized. They are close to enough to do 3 for 2. They could do a 13 for 9 split. Either would get the price back below 70. IMO they will wait until they can authorize more shares. They want to keep some shares for stock acquisitions. The growth looks good, and as long as the purchased company has a lower p/e it ads value.
